 Hey there all I know , I know I haven't wrote for awhile on the progress on the off grid property. Well just to inform you we are still working on cleaning up the 100s of trees that the loggers left behind , just so we can have a road to drive into the property on. And hopefully soon get a cabin built . But alas, I am only one man doing this all on my own. Caitlynne , my yougest daughter went with me the other day so I did have some help, and that was greatly appreciated. I am going to try and get some photos and video of more of the progress and we will be putting those on YouTube channel so stay tuned and please subscribe and hit that notification button so you can stay up to date . Well I better get back to work on the cleaning up of this future home to the Rocking RD ranch.

                Hey there everyone, I am going to make this a fairly short Blog post , with it being the holiday and all. I really just wanted to say thank you to everyone who does read this . It is one of the things I am very thankful for on this day of thanksgiving. So what are you all thankful for? Leave me a comment in the comment section for telling me what it is you are grateful and thankful for. I am thankful for my family and the time I get to spend with them. We truly do not know when our last day will be so cherish the time you have, every minute of it. I am most thankful for my Lord and savior Jesus Christ for his sacrifice so that I may be saved . I thank God every day for each new day he gives me and I just try and serve him the best I possibly can and to remember to always give him the Glory in everything I say , everything I do, in my thoughts and in my actions I want to serve him and glorify him ALWAYS!!!                Well as I said before this was to be short and swe

                          Good afternoon , everyone . I hope you all are having a great day and that it is filled with many blessings from the Lord. Remember to always give thanks to God for all he does. We owe him so much in our lives.   This was this mornings devotional, and it spoke volumes to me. No matter what we may be dealing with in our own lives , we must always remember that God knew these things were going to happen before they actually did. He has it under control , and it is up to us to have faith and to trust in his plan completely . I must admit this seems hard, sometimes impossible but nothing is ever impossible with God. I am remembered of one of my favorite scriptures Philippians 4;13 "I can do all things through Christ who strengtheneth me".  As long as we have Jesus in our  'corner" , standing there right by our side we can do absolutely anything. I hope and pray that whomever reads this finds hope and inspiration from these words and it lifts you

                Good Sunday morning folks. I am always excited for Sunday for that is the Lords day. OK OK they're all the Lords day and we should treat all the days the same and give Glory to God every day and not just on one particular day.                 Today the Lord has put it on my heart to study Joshua 1:8 - 9. So come on in and join me shall you.  This is the Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, you shall meditate on it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. Good Morning All! I hope you woke up ready to serve the Lord. As always I want to welcome you to this Blog and pray with you all. Father God, I come to you this morning to say thank you for your blessing of a new day in which to serve you. I thank you for my family, and ask that you keep them safe and to wrap your loving arms around them so they can feel your love. I thank you for the blessing of the land and ask that you continue to guide me in being a good steward of your land. To bring your vision to fruition.  SPEAKING HORSE               When it comes to horse training there are certain principles that we must remember. In that we must learn how to speak a foreign language. We must learn how to speak horse. My hope for this is that not only will you better understand how to speak to the horse and how to ask your horse to do things in a way that they will understand. But I also hope to impart some wisdom and understanding on how to "read" a horse. So you will better understand what they are thinking and feeling from their point of view.               The first thing in learning how to speak horse, is understanding that they are prey animals. I would hope most understand this already. They eat grass therefore, they're naturally every other animals diet. Such as bears, mountain lions, coyotes, wolves etc, etc. We however are omnivores meaning we eat both meat and plants, so therefore we are also in that predator category. A good way to remember this is think about where our eyes

                Good Morning Folks, My apologies for not staying up to date on the Blog here. We've been busy working out at the Off Grid Property trying to get the place cleaned up . As I have mentioned before the Logging companies that owned the place before us just left it in an absolute mess. So it's been a full time job getting all of the downed trees cut up for firewood. Incidentally, we are in great need of a log splitter , splitting maul, and other logging tools to process some of this into firewood , so donations would be greatly appreciated. Well let's get to the word, shall we?          Let's first   go to the Lord in Prayer:  Father God , I just want to say Thank You for ALL of your blessings, thank you Father for giving me a new day in which to serve you. I want to say thank you for my family, My wife and my daughters. Thank you for the land you have given us , I pray that you give me the strength and the guidance to bring your vision for this land to fruit

           Good morning one and all , I hope you woke up this Sunday Morning praising Jesus and Thanking our Father God. He is Awesome and Good , yes he is . Honestly this bible study is going to be a bit off the cuff today and I am going to allow God to speak through my keyboard today, as I honestly didn't prepare anything formal.  Aww , this is a good verse Lord,  Matthew 6:6  , and how many of us are guilty of this? I certainly know that I am . Praying out in public , for the whole world to see.  Now I certainly do not think it is saying not to pray. However I think it is saying we should try and talk to our Father just one to one and not make a big show of it. I certainly will pray and thank my father whenever and where ever I am . Whether I am in public or not. I think we just need to practice HUMILITY and BE HUMBLE, when talking to God and not make such a big show of it, like they do at churches all over the place. God wants that relationship with US and JUST US. He wants us

           Good afternoon folks , decided to jump on and write a really quick post about the off grid property. We have not made it out there today yet, however we did have some moderately strong storms last night . Lots of rain , high winds , and possibly some unconfirmed tornados. So we are very interested in getting out there. So this will be a short post.      Just wanted to share today's verse and inspiration for the day.  So just wanted to say remember in all you do and all you say guard your heart and speech to make sure that all you do praises and glorifies God , always. We love you all and stay safe out there and be blessed and thank God for your blessings. Amen.

           Good evening everyone I hope you all had a great day filled with many blessings, I myself always get a bit bummed when I have too many things planned and not enough time in a day to do them all. I didnt get to get out to the off grid property today . Hopefully tomorrow will be be better and I can get out there and spend some time out there.           At any rate I can leave you with tonight's evening prayer.  Father God , thank you for this day, thank you for keeping my family safe , please forgive me any and all sin that I may have thought or spoken today father, and thank you for keeping my family and myself far from the grips of satan. Thank you Jesus for staying with me every step along the way. In Jesus' name Amen.

         Went out with my Oldest daughter to the off grid property yesterday and got some more work done on our driveway into the ranch. it's coming along nicely. I also started a digging some holes for the footers for a small cabin. I am not sure if anyone here knows or is familiar with SW   Missouri , but we grow rocks here so it makes digging holes here extremely hard. However , with that being said, we actually have dirt on the off grid ranch it was pretty easy ( by Missouri standards ) to dig a few holes. In most places around here you are doing good to get 12 -15 inches down . But I was able to get a 28" hole done in less than 10 min of very little effort , PRAISE GOD! He is GOOD!
